Ajolla is a community of people committed to bringing entrepreneurial projects to life.
We welcome and support business from a variety of categories that include but are not limited to Food, Media, Fintech, Travel, Shopping and Retail, Music, Fashion, and much more we can’t list on one page.
Here are five rules every Ajolla campaign must follow.
Ajolla can be used to create all sorts of businesses: media and gadgets or devices, events and spaces, ideas and experiences. But every campaign needs a plan for creating a product or service and sharing it with the world. At some point, the founder(s) should be able to say: “It’s finished. Here’s what we created. Enjoy!”
Our community is built on trust and communication. Campaigns can’t mislead people or misrepresent facts, and founders should be candid about what they plan to accomplish. When a campaign involves manufacturing and distributing something complex, like a gadget or hardware device, we require campaigns to show backers a prototype of what they’re making, and we prohibit photorealistic renderings.
While nonprofits are welcome to launch social enterprises on ajolla, campaigns can’t promise to raise funds to donate to a charity or cause. Funds raised on ajolla must go towards facilitating the business outlined by the entrepreneur on the campaign page.
Investment is not permitted on ajolla. Campaigns can’t offer incentives like equity, revenue sharing, or investment opportunities.
We do not allow any of these things.
These rules don’t cover every possible use of ajolla, but they explain our purpose and perspective.
